Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Material Handler Operator to join our client's busy project in Luton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator with experience using Sennebogen, Fuchs or Liebherr material handlers to secure a long-term position with a reputable employer. A mid-September start is available.

What We Offer

Monday to Friday working pattern.
7am-5pm shifts.
50 hours per week.

Ongoing support from Acorn by Synergie throughout your assignment.

Key Duties

Operate material handling machines including Sennebogen, Fuchs and Liebherr.
Safely move, sort and process scrap and recycling materials.
Carry out daily machinery checks and basic maintenance.
Follow site health and safety procedures.
Work as part of a team to meet site productivity targets.
Maintain a safe and organised working environment.

Requirements

Valid NPORS or CPCS qualification for 360 wheeled excavator operation.
Proven experience operating material handlers within a demolition, recycling or scrap environment.
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Good understanding of site safety procedures.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Able to work Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm.
