What you’ll do:

- Own SEO Strategy: Deliver best-in-class technical audits, content strategies, and AI-led innovations.

- Lead & Inspire: Mentor a talented team of SEO, content, and outreach specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Deepen Client Trust: Act as the strategic voice for key clients, guiding long-term organic growth.

- Drive Innovation: Evolve our service offering with AI, automation, and cross-channel thinking (Paid Media, UX/CRO, Analytics).

- Fuel Growth: Partner with the CEO and SLT on pitches, marketing, and positioning SEO as a core agency strength.
