You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO plans, encompassing everything from in-depth keyword research and on-page optimisation to technical site audits and link-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the SEO Marketing Executive:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and guide content creation.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues (e.g., site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema markup, mobile-friendliness).
• Optimise website content, landing pages, and metadata for maximum search visibility.
• Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.
• Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Stay fully up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

About You:

• Proven experience in an SEO marketing role, with demonstrable success in improving search rankings and organic traffic.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with technical SEO
• Proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Must live within a commutable distance of Norwich.
