SEO Lead

We are working with a fast-growing company with a strong emphasis on customer service and digital lead generation. Operating across multiple websites, the business is now looking to elevate SEO and PR efforts to support continued growth and brand visibility.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving organic traffic and building authority for the flagship website, as well as other digital properties within the group. You’ll lead the development and execution of SEO and PR strategies that enhance online presence, generate high-quality leads, and build credibility. This includes both digital PR initiatives and broader outreach activities such as press releases, media engagement, and relationship building.

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings
• Lead digital PR initiatives to build authority and generate high-quality backlinks
• Create and manage outreach campaigns to secure coverage and mentions across relevant online platforms
• Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all sites
• Monitor performance metrics and report on the impact of SEO and digital PR activities
• Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly

• Proven experience in SEO and digital PR, ideally within a multi-site environment
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, link-building tactics, and content optimisation
• Excellent communication and outreach skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
• Team player and someone that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
