What will I be doing?
The SEO Manager will drive organic growth through implementing SEO best-practice, including technical optimisation, content production and ongoing outreach. You will monitor and report on rankings, creating and meeting targets for traffic growth and resulting bookings. A highly-collaborative role, you will work closely with colleagues, most notably the Digital Content Manager and Copywriter, the Digital Product team, and the PR & Social Media Manager.
What are we looking for?
A SEO expert, used to working in a
fast-paced business
In-depth
knowledge of the latest SEO techniques, with experience of what works well
and pitfalls to avoid, as well as
SERP and algorithm changes
An appreciation for what
makes content on-brand and great to read, as well as optimised for SEO
Strong Google Analytics skills
Experience with Google Tag Manager
Experience using SEO monitoring tools
Extensive experience of managing SEO activity for
medium to large businesses, overseeing technical optimisation, content
production and outreach/digital-PR
Work closely with
colleagues in other teams to ensure that we are executing SEO best-practise
Strong
communicator who can share complex data effectively with a range of stakeholders
This role is the
lead for SEO so needs to be confident in representing it in key meetings and
conversations
Highly analytical, with deep understanding of optimisation techniques
