We love what we do and deliver a great, ROI-focused service. As an agency, we are growing quickly both in terms of headcount and the types of clients that we engage with. However, as is often the case, we're so busy working hard for our clients that our own SEO has been pushed to the back burner. Now, we're looking for a talented SEO Manager to give Yellowball's own SEO the love and attention it deserves!

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate would be an SEO Account Manager with three or more years of experience working in an agency environment. Exceptional writing skills and a genuine interest in digital marketing are essential. You will have a solid working knowledge of SEO best practices and considerable experience working on SEO campaigns.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Excellent working knowledge of the fundamentals of SEO – technical, onsite optimisation, content, and link building.
Experience managing SEO campaigns independently from start to finish, driving the strategy and deliverables.
Market research and opportunity analysis.
Ability to audit websites from a technical SEO perspective, identifying key issues and prioritising accordingly. You will then work with development teams to ensure successful delivery of items.
Development of clear and results-driven content strategies and plans.
Regular content creation and execution of the content plans.
Confidence in managing internal stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and your workload.
A love and genuine interest in digital marketing.
Highly commercially focused – we love working with people who get excited and enthused about all elements of how a company works.
Self-motivated, driven, and engaging.

How to Apply and Interview Process:

We are looking to hire for this role as soon as possible, with interviews likely to take place in late June/early July. Guide salary: £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The selection process comprises a short initial video call with our Director of SEO, followed by a second interview with the company founders.
