Monday Friday Full time, 36.5 hours (Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm)

CVM World has huge ambition for growth. We require a SEO Specialist to form an integral part of our Marketing team. Working in a friendly and supportive office environment, youll help us achieve our strategic goals for growth. Working across our four core websites, youll execute search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies as well as generate content for articles and blog posts across our online presence.

As our SEO Specialist, youll be playing a key role in raising our company profile, placing us ahead of our competitors and generating inquiries for our sales team to convert.

Your primary focus is SEO but, youll also be a key element to developing and implementing our company wide Marketing Strategy.
An early challenge will be assisting in the migration of a PHP website to a CMS (WordPress) based site.

Youll be competent and able to demonstrate:
Customised SEO strategies tailored to our companies objectives including keyword research, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and link building.
Implement and execute SEO campaigns, including technical optimisation, content creation
Monitor and analyse key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profile, using tools like Google Analytics & SEMrush.
Continuously optimise SEO campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices to drive organic search visibility and traffic.
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for our company websites
Ability to generate ideas and write high performing SEO content and blog posts
As an integral member of the marketing team our SEO Specialist will have the opportunity to collaborate with their colleagues and across departments.

Experience
At least 1 years experience in SEO.
Knowledge of paid search & how this can work with organic search.
Understanding of HTML
Working knowledge of JS & PHP is desirable.
Competent with CMS (WordPress)
A passion for data and problem-solving in all tasks.
Good level of understanding of how the wider marketing mix can be leveraged to achieve results.
Genuine interest in the SEO and the digital industry.
Exceptional organisation, writing, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Experience and results across key digital platforms such as:
o SEMRush
o Google Analytics
o Google Search Console
Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities.
Strong reporting skills.
