Serious Injury Associate – Midlands Salary: £50,000 DOE + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Benefits

My client, a specialist national law firm that specialises in Serious Injury and Clinical Negligence, is looking to recruit a Serious Injury Associate (1–4 years’ PQE) to join their growing team in the Midlands.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Managing your own serious injury caseload, typically involving high-value, complex matters. 
• Assisting Partners and Senior Associates on catastrophic injury cases 
• Working with a small and manageable caseload (8–12 files) to ensure you can provide the highest level of service to your clients—no burnout culture here. 
• Focusing on quality over quantity—with no billing targets, the emphasis is on teamwork, client care, and long-term outcomes.

About You: 

• You’ll be a qualified solicitor (1–4 years PQE) with experience in serious injury work 
• Comfortable handling your own caseload and working collaboratively on larger, complex claims 
• A focus on high-quality client care
