Are you an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for high-value, life-changing work - without the daily commute?
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading claimant personal injury firms, renowned for its expertise in catastrophic and serious injury litigation. Due to growth, the firm is now looking to recruit a top-tier Grade A Fee Earner to join their award-winning team.
This is a rare opportunity to work fully remotely or on a hybrid basis, whilst handling a premium caseload of catastrophic and serious injury matters - with many cases valued in excess of £1 million.

Working remotely, with optional access to the firm's Portsmouth office, you will manage a small, carefully selected caseload of around 30 high-value serious injury cases. You'll be fully supported by a collaborative team, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes and client care.
Key responsibilities include:

• 
  Managing complex, multi-track litigated personal injury claims
• 
  Advising clients who have suffered severe or life-changing injuries
• 
  Conducting liability investigations and gathering expert evidence
• 
  Negotiating significant settlements with insurers
• 
  Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss
• 
  Attending court hearings (mostly remote, some in-person if required)

We are seeking:

• 
  A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (5+ years' PQE, ideally Grade A)
• 
  Strong experience in serious or catastrophic injury claims
• 
  Exceptional litigation and negotiation skills
• 
  Excellent client care, particularly in sensitive and complex cases
• 
  Confidence to work independently in a remote setting
• 
  A detail-oriented, empathetic, and professional approach
