Are you a passionate and experienced Serious Injury Lawyer looking to take the next step in your legal career? This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly respected, award-winning law firm with a nationally recognised Serious Injury team based in Cambridge.

Seeking a talented Solicitor with proven experience in catastrophic injury claims, including brain injury, spinal injury and amputation cases. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, managing your own caseload while assisting on complex, high-value claims.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling a caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims from inception to resolution
• Assisting senior solicitors on multi-million-pound claims
• Instructing medical experts, managing disclosure and drafting detailed witness statements
• Attending client meetings, conferences with counsel, MDTs and pathfinder meetings
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families, offering compassionate and expert legal support
• Working closely with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure smooth case progression

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE preferred, but all levels with relevant experience welcome)
• Strong background in serious injury or high-volume personal injury litigation
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex cases with empathy and professionalism
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail
