Owls Hall Environmental is a leading wastewater engineering business that is expanding to help our customers comply with new legislation. We are seeking to appoint a Service Administrator to join our growing team in our lovely office location.
About the Position
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Taking calls from new and existing customers
* Providing costs for servicing, emptying and breakdowns
* Scheduling planned and unplanned servicing and emptying work for Engineers
* Working closely with our external engineers to create quotations for additional work
* Upselling cash contracts to Direct Debit plans
Experience, skills and aptitude required:
* Excellent communication skills
* Exceptional customer service skills
* A proactive attitude
* Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
