The company are a leading manufacturer of specialist industrial equipment and provide an aftermarket service for their customers around the country. Despite having several sub offices uk wide, Birmingham is the companies main hub.

The role involves working within a small team, booking the Service Engineers diaries, updating the CRM, dealing with both customers and engineers on the phone and via email, deciding on priority service jobs and being a reliable cog in the operation.

The Role:

* Service Administrator
* Coordinating Service Engineers jobs
* Monday to Friday (mon - thur 8:30-5, fri 8:30-4)
* Office based

Candidate Requirements:

* Any relevant telephone based coordinating experience
* Organised and can work at pace
