Job Description - Service Administrator

Our client, an established Manufacturer near Hindley is looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join their growing team. Working with Engineers to ensure Clients’ maintenance and service needs are being met in a professional and timely manner. You will be an organised and self-motivated individual with the ability to build rapport with both clients and engineers.

Job Description

Scheduling appointments for maintenance jobs and coordinating with engineers
Preparing service quotations and raising callouts as needed
Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Assisting with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the Service Office

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competent in using Microsoft Office applications
Customer-focused with a pleasant, professional, and proactive attitude
