Service Administrator

• Coordinating service appointments and engineer schedules
• Managing job orders, service logs, and client records
• Communicating with customers and engineers to ensure smooth service delivery
• Preparing reports and documents using Microsoft Office
• Helping improve processes and support the wider team

• Experience in admin or service coordination (ideally in a similar industry)
• Confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Great communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
