Salary £28,000-£32,000
8.30-5pm - 40hrs per week
25 days holiday

Contact person for service requests from our customers as well as administrative processing of orders, deliveries and incoming payments
Organization of the logistics for service items in coordination with our headquarter in Germany and further processing in the UK Support of the operations managers by processing service requests, ensuring stock levels and coordinating projects with our service partners
Responsibility for general administrative tasks and customer care Your qualifications:
Commercial or technical professional qualification with experience in an administrative back office role
Good self-organization and communication skills as well as a customer focused way to work
Confident handling of various IT systems, e.g. in the Microsoft Office environment
