We are currently looking for a highly organised Service Administrator to join a busy operations team based in Runcorn. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting service operations and ensuring the smooth coordination of schedules, systems, and customer interactions.
You will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting technicians, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage preventative maintenance (PM) service schedules Allocate work to technicians based on location, skill set, and availability Coordinate service bookings with both customers and field technicians Maintain accurate service records, compliance data, and system updates Monitor schedules, backlog, risks, and performance levels Support general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence Manage despatch of repaired units, including tracking parts usage Process inbound products (e.g. Littmann stethoscopes) and liaise with Customer Services Assist with reporting, data analysis, and special administrative projects
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or office environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Confident and professional telephone manner Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
Desirable
Experience in a similar service or scheduling role Knowledge of job/work order scheduling Experience using SAP S/4 HANA and/or Salesforce
Working Environment
Friendly, open-plan office setting Small, collaborative team (approx. 4 people) No travel required
