Service Administrator

Our client, a reputable specialist classic car business in Kenilworth, is seeking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their team. The Service Administrator role is pivotal in supporting the smooth operation of the workshop and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a passionate environment dedicated to classic cars, with a competitive salary based on experience.

Benefits:

Attractive salary package, circa £30,000, dependent on experience
28 days’ annual holiday, inclusive of bank holidays
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am – 5:00pm
No weekend work

Managing customer enquiries related to servicing, restoration, parts, and car sales
Assisting with workshop administration and internal documentation
Preparing estimates and following up with clients as the Service Administrator
Assisting with sales invoicing and purchase order processing
Organising the collection and delivery of vehicles
Communicating with suppliers to chase parts and services
Handling routine Health & Safety and British Standards administration
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiencyRequirements:

Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good working knowledge of computer systems
Experience in retail or the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently as the Service Administrator
