Consumer & Spare Parts Customer Service Coordinator
📍 Coventry 🕒 Full Time, Permanent | 37.5 Hours per Week 💷 Competitive Salary (Depending on Experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consumer & Spare Parts Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established international manufacturing business. This varied role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who enjoys problem-solving, has strong administrative skills and is keen to develop technical product knowledge.
The Role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to consumers, handling enquiries, warranty claims, technical product questions and spare parts requirements. You'll become a trusted point of contact, helping customers resolve issues and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. Alongside customer support, you'll work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email. Manage warranty claims and product-related queries. Build detailed product and spare parts knowledge to support customers effectively. Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating where necessary. Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries. Pick, pack and dispatch spare parts orders. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Support stock control and inventory management. Assist the wider sales office and field sales teams when required. Prepare reports, correspondence and documentation using Microsoft Office. Support trade shows, events and general office administration.
About You
We're looking for someone who can bring:
Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Technical aptitude and an interest in learning how products work. Confidence using Microsoft Office applications. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A positive, team-focused approach.
