The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and administration skills coupled with Kerridge experience. If you have experience with RTC and One Link this would also be a distinct advantage.

Service Advisor requirements will include:
• You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling.
