Job Description - Service Advisor

We’re looking for a confident, organised Service Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle service department. You’ll be working with a team, booking in vehicles for regular maintenance and inspections, liaising with fleet managers, and handling admin duties.

Location: Heathrow
Salary: £30,000 with a yearly bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00–15:30 ( 1 Saturday a month, only 4 hours)

Service Advisor
  • Book in trucks for servicing and safety inspections
  • Manage vehicle records and updates
  • Prepare job cards and maintain paperwork
  • Communicate with fleet managers to minimise downtime
  • Support the service department with coordination and administration
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as a Service Advisor, ideally in commercial or fleet vehicles
  • Proficiency with Kerridge or a similar DMS
  • Great admin, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Reliable, organised, and keen to learn – full training provided
