Richard Abson Group are helping a Premium Car Dealership in Macclesfield, to find them a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Service Advisor to join our well-established motor trade dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly, professional team in a fast-paced environment with genuine career progression opportunities.

Salary and working hours:
The business is offering a competitive basic salary of up to 32k, with a realistic bonusof £9,600 based on labour sales and CSI’s. With additional bonus offered for Service plans and Tyre sales!! Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm on a rota basis.

As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. As well as sales of Service Plans, and additional services.

Requirements to be considered for the role of Service Advisor / Service Receptionist:

• At least 1 years’ experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).
• Enthusiasm and passionate about customer service and sales.
• Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).
