Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:30pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm (with 30-minute lunch)
• 1 in 3 Saturdays (rota): 8:00am – 12:30pm

We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our clients growing team in Norwich. As they continue to evolve, they're expanding their team to meet the demand for an exciting and innovative product line.

This isn’t your typical front-desk role. You’ll be based in a relaxed, open-plan office where the atmosphere is informal, collaborative, and fun. Whether you’re meeting customers at a high table, sofa, or on the go with your iPad or laptop, you’ll be empowered to deliver a premium, personalised experience.

• Acting as the first point of contact for service customers
• Managing service bookings, vehicle check-ins, and handovers
• Providing updates and advice throughout the service process
• Liaising with the workshop team to ensure smooth communication
• Using digital tools (iPad/laptop) to enhance the customer journey
• Supporting the team in a fast-paced, customer-first environment

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools
• A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
