Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and client satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive service environment? We are currently looking for a dedicated and personable Service Advisor to join a well-established main dealer based in Dartford.

About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between customers and the workshop technicians, ensuring a seamless, professional, and friendly service experience. Your role will include managing service bookings, vehicle diagnostics communication, and providing clear updates to customers about their vehicle repairs and maintenance. You will be responsible for driving service efficiency, customer retention, and maintaining high standards in line with main dealer after-sales service expectations.

• Competitive salary with up to £5,000 annual performance bonus
• Monday to Friday 8am-6pm hours, plus 1-in-2 Saturday’s 8am-1pm
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive, enthusiastic, and positive approach to customer relationship management
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, busy automotive service department
• Proven experience in a main dealer Service Advisor role or related customer service position within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of vehicle servicing, MOTs, and warranty procedures advantageous
