Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a leading car dealership based in Salisbury.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, discuss and confirm their requirements.
- Work with the workshop team to achieve the highest possible levels of performance.
- Keeping customers informed of the status of their vehicle.
- Providing technical advice on the extent of work to be done and providing cost estimates.
- Sell after-sales services in a customer-oriented manner.
- Ensure collection and delivery drivers operate to schedule and meet customer and workshop expectations.
- Raise repair orders according to guidelines.
- Ensure all relevant warranty documentation and parts are identified and are kept for the warranty team.

Requirements:
- Previous experience within the automotive industry
- Confident with Kerridge system
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
- Hold a full UK Driving licence
- Excellent customer service experience
- GCSE Maths at Grade 5 (C ) or above

The Service Advisor role:
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
- Rota basis for Saturday work. 8am - 2pm
- Starting salary of £29,000 with an OTE of £35,000
