Service Advisor – Main Dealership – Bury St Edmunds
Salary: £28,000 Basic | Uncapped OTE £35,000+
Location: Bury St Edmunds

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a reputable main dealership in Bury St Edmunds. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced individual to step into a senior position within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the service process
• Manage service bookings, workshop diary, and customer communications
• Provide expert advice on service options, timescales, and costs
• Act as a key liaison between customers, technicians, and management
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Support and mentor junior members of the service team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor role within the automotive sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to providing a first-class customer experience

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 1 in 2 Saturdays
