Service Advisor – Main Dealership – Ipswich
Basic Salary: Up to £31,000 + OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a rota

We are working with a well-established main dealership in Ipswich seeking an experienced and professional Service Advisor to join their aftersales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Allocate work to technicians, manage job progress, and ensure timely completion
• Upsell service plans, accessories, and additional work where appropriate
• Assist in achieving departmental targets for profitability and customer satisfaction
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the service department

Requirements:

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Kerridge/CDK or similar DMS experience preferred
• A proactive and organised approach
