Automotive Service Advisor - Main Dealer Opportunity
Southampton | Mon-Fri with 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings
Basic up to £30,000 | OTE £45,000
Full-Time | Permanent

Looking for a role with no weekend rota, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to work with a reputable main dealer?

We’re working with a well-regarded dealership in the Southampton area to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their aftersales team.

• Act as the first point of contact for all service customers - both in person and over the phone

• Schedule vehicle servicing, MOTs, and repairs accurately and efficiently

• Keep customers informed of progress, costs, and timescales

• Coordinate closely with workshop technicians to ensure a smooth workflow

• Promote and upsell service plans, accessories, and additional products as appropriate

• Deliver a high standard of customer care and professionalism at all times

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (main dealer experience is highly desirable)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Confident working in a fast-paced, front-of-house environment

• Strong organisation and multitasking abilities

• A genuine passion for the motor industry

• Experience with Kerridge/CDK is a bonus, but not essential

• Basic salary up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)

• On-target earnings up to £45,000

• Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am-6:00pm)

• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings only (8:00am-12:00pm)

• 22 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, plus additional long-service leave

• Free on-site staff parking
