Service Advisor – Main Dealership
Location: Stoke-On-Trent
Salary: £29,500 Basic + OTE £37,000
Hours: 45 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturdays: 1 in 3 )
Lunch: 1 Hour Break

Our client, a well-established main dealership in the area, is looking to recruit an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their aftersales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing or repair
• Providing outstanding customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
• Booking vehicles in, updating customers on progress, and preparing invoices
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership or independent garage
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A confident, professional approach and customer-first attitude
• Kerridge/CDK or similar DMS experience preferred
