• Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive service experience
• Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting them
• Conducting vehicle inspections and preparing detailed reports
• Explaining recommended repairs and services clearly
• Providing accurate estimates and managing bookings
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and data entry
• A full UK driving licence is required
