Service Advisor – Prestige Main Dealer – Epsom Area

Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 Basic + Bonus Scheme

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

Saturdays: On a rota, 8:00am – 2:00pm (Paid as Overtime)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the service and repair process
• Acting as the link between the workshop and the customer, keeping both up to date
• Advising on additional work and ensuring customer authorisation
• Managing job cards, estimates, and invoicing with precision
• Delivering an exceptional brand experience every time

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a Service Advisor role (main dealer background preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A professional, approachable manner with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
