Must have’s
* Minimum of two years' experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
* High attention to detail
* Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
So, what will you be doing?
* Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from vehicle drop-off through to collection
* Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs
* Checking vehicle history, recalls, warranties and service plans
* Liaising with workshop, parts and sales departments to ensure vehicles are completed on time
* Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle and obtaining approval for additional work
* Arranging courtesy cars, loan vehicles and customer travel where required
* Explaining completed work and invoices clearly during vehicle handover
* Maintaining up-to-date manufacturer product knowledge through ongoing training
* Ensuring all legal and company procedures are followed
* Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the service process
Helpful extras
* Experience within a premium automotive dealership would be advantageous
