Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career within the automotive industry. The successful Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating seamless communication between customers and the workshop team, and ensuring the efficient operation of service processes.

* Competitive basic salary of approximately £30,000 per annum
* OTE up to £36,000 through commissions and bonuses

Duties as a Service Advisor will include:
* Greeting and advising customers on vehicle repairs and service options
* Providing accurate quotations and managing customer expectations
* Scheduling bookings and coordinating with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and service histories
* Upselling additional services to maximise workshop capacity and revenue
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and service processes
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
* Full UK driving licence
