Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements
Providing accurate, clear advice on service work and costs
Preparing and managing job cards and service schedules
Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
Communicating effectively with workshop staff to facilitate timely repairs
Maintaining accurate documentation and service records
Supporting the workshop team to ensure efficient workflowRequirements of the Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes
Strong organisational skills and professional approach
Full UK driving licence
