The Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the workshop operates efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Welcoming customers and discussing their servicing and repair requirements
·Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing repair schedules
·Liaising with technicians throughout the repair process
·Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and obtaining repair authorisations
·Preparing accurate repair orders and invoices
·Promoting additional products and services where appropriate
·Delivering outstanding customer service from vehicle drop-off through to collection
·Building long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business
 
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
·Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
A positive, team-focused attitude
Good IT and administrative skills
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
Automotive experience is highly desirable, although candidates with strong customer service experience looking to move into the motor trade may also be considered.
