Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership located in Walton on Thames. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to enhance their career within a professional, customer-focused environment. Our client is open to applications from both experienced Service Advisors and Trainee Service Advisors who possess a solid understanding of the Motor Trade.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum, with an achievable bonus of up to £6,000
OTE of approximately £38,000 annually
Working hours Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis paid as overtime
23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Manage customer bookings and vehicle repair processes efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Conduct vehicle health checks and communicate findings clearly to customers
Process customer orders and returns accurately and promptly
Answer customer calls, providing excellent service and technical advice
Log and report stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager
Complete administrative duties accurately and within set deadlines
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, managing expectations professionallyRequirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or as a customer-focused Parts Sales Advisor within a franchised dealership or independent garage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
Practical knowledge of computer software systems such as Kerridge and RTC
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively
A valid UK driving licence is preferred
