Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor at their well-established automotive dealership in Grays, Essex. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing outstanding service, managing customer relations, and supporting dealership operations efficiently.

Keep up-to-date with manufacturer protocols and workshop proceduresRequirements of the Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of dealership management systems such as CDK, ADB, or Keyloop
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
