Service Advisor

We are representing a reputable independent car service centre in Dorset that is seeking to recruit a Service Advisor. This Service Advisor position provides an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with experience in customer service and technical vehicle knowledge to join a busy, well-established workshop. The Service Advisor will be vital in managing customer relationships, booking appointments, and overseeing the smooth progress of vehicle servicing and repairs.

Benefits:

Competitive salary of approximately £32,000, with the potential to earn up to £34,000 including bonus as a Service Advisor.

Monday to Friday working hours, with shifts either 8:00–5:30 or 8:30–6:00.

Managing customer bookings and providing high-level customer service.
Tracking vehicle repair and service jobs from start to finish.

Ensuring accurate workshop record keeping and administration.
Delivering a positive customer experience in line with the company's standards.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
Some parts experience and solid technical understanding of vehicle servicing.
Excellent communication and customer-focused skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
