Are you a Service Advisor or similar from an engineering background, looking to join a growing and successful service provider, that will invest in your career through tailored on the job training and external formal training with suppliers?

In this role you will be reporting to the Service Manager working in a team of 3. You will play an integral role in planning the schedules of the engineers, ensuring allocated times are correct alongside writing up jobs and dealing with customers over the phone.

This company are a trusted and well-established supplier of agricultural, construction, and ground care machinery, delivering high-quality equipment, exceptional service, and expert support to businesses and individuals across Scotland.

This role would suit a Service Advisor or similar from an engineering background looking to join a rapidly expanded business that will promote your growth with potential to progress.

The Role

• Working in a team of 3
• Planning engineer schedules
• Allocating timing & dealing with customers
• Reporting to the Service Manager
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
