Service Analyst

Whether it’s a nurse in Shanghai or a mental health specialist in Plymouth, our Service Analysts provide exceptional support to our users across the world.
We pride ourselves on providing great customer service. In this role, you will be helping healthcare professionals to give the best care to their patients. In the NHS alone our experienced team support over 250,000 users and represent their voice within the company by providing insights, analysis and feedback to other teams.
You will collaborate with other teams and work closely with NHS and government leaders to help improve patient care.
You will also play a key role in managing the launch of innovative products and solving complex customer issues.
No experience is required to join our Service Analyst team and your career will progress rapidly in this role. Our Service Analysts are frequently involved in key meetings with senior NHS leaders, working on a variety of projects and have plenty of opportunities to travel internationally.
Salary and Benefits
We will give you an excellent starting salary of £45,000 with outstanding annual pay reviews and no crazy working hours! Your salary will increase rapidly during your time at the company.
