Service & Deployment Team Manager

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer service? We’re looking for a Servicing & Deployment Team Manager to lead our administration team in delivering outstanding support for planned and reactive domestic maintenance services.

This is a key role where you’ll optimise engineering resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance through data insights—all while coaching and developing a high-performing team.

This is a full time role, working from our Burnet Rd office in Norwich, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication for servicing and repairs


• Lead and coach the administration team to deliver high-quality service and meet KPIs


• Develop a professional and positive workplace culture by role modelling the highest standards of personal integrity


• Analyse performance data and produce insightful reports to support continuous improvement


• Act as a key point of contact for escalated customer queries and complaints


• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management of team members


• Ensure systems are accurate and up to date, and that all administrative tasks are completed on time

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience managing administration teams in an operational setting


• Strong coaching and leadership skills


• Excellent customer service and communication abilities


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data systems


• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent experience required
