A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service & Operations Coordinator to join a growing engineering business in a newly created role.

Role & Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries and service requests.
Produce and follow up service quotations.
Schedule and coordinate engineers.
Support customers with maintenance and servicing requirements.
Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities.
Assist with new product introductions and business growth initiatives.
Support senior management with day-to-day operational activities.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organised and proactive approach.
Motivated and eager to learn.
Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, or similar role would be advantageous.
Engineering or manufacturing experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Package & Benefits

£35,000 - £40,000 salary
