VIQU have partnered with a leading technology organisation that are looking for an experienced Service Architect. This is a key role focused on designing and shaping service processes across the organisation, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence for both internal transformation initiatives and customer engagements. The successful Service Architect will play a critical role in how services are defined, documented, and introduced into live operation.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Architect:

• Design and document service processes, including RACI models and supporting collateral, aligned to contract and operational requirements
• Define and coordinate service workflows, interfaces, and tooling integrations with internal teams and customers
• Support governance, compliance, and service introduction activities, ensuring readiness across all functions
• Drive service improvements by identifying enhancements in process, tooling, and delivery models
• Represent Service Architecture across internal transformation initiatives and selected customer engagements
• Maintain consistency and quality of service design outputs, while building strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams

Experience Required of the Service Architect:

• Proven experience in Service Architecture or Service Design, ideally within an MSP or Channel Partner
• Strong background in service operations, transformation, or development, with experience aligning services to contract deliverables
• ITIL v4 certification essential; Lean Six Sigma, SIAM or Agile exposure advantageous
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, contract analysis, and producing clear, well-structured documentation
• Able to manage competing priorities, work independently, and remain detail-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of service tooling, operational workflows, and systems integration
