Service Charge Accountant

A well respected and growing property services business based in Birmingham is looking for a number of Service Charge Accountants to join their team on a temporary basis to assist with a backlog of service charge year ends. The main responsibilities of this role will be to help with the delivery of the client reporting. These roles will vary in level of hiring so we are looking for a range of candidates. Ideally these roles would suit individuals with previous Service Charge accounting experience and would offer development as this company is really growing.

Ideally you will:

• Have experience of working with service charge accounting including reconciling service charge year ends and working with auditors
• Have good IT skills including Excel: Pivot Tables, V Look Ups.
• Be on a short notice period or available immediately.
• Want to make a difference in your next role
