Hours: Fully office based 9:00 am - 5:30pm

Salary: £18.97 per hour

What You'll Do:
As our Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and supporting our property management operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and maintaining financial statements 📊
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Conducting bank reconciliations
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Collaborating with team members to streamline processes
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standardsWhat We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience) 🎓
Service Charge experience
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the property sector
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🤝
