Job Description - Service Charge Administrator

We are looking to hire a full-time Service Charge Administrator to join at an exciting time of our business growth. You will work within the Property Accounts Team and will be a strong and self motivated individual with excellent organisational and communication skills as well as being meticulous with a keen attention to detail. It is important you have experience in property accounts and an understanding of Service Charge. Having the ability to work well as part of a wider team engaging with our customers, our Facilities Team and Asset Management teams, providing an excellent service is essential to this role.

Assist in the completion of Service Charge Reconciliations
Assist in Service Charge Audit Journal Adjustments
Maintain the Service Charge KPI Trackers
Assist is maintaining customer on accounts and apportionments
Process customer balancing charges and provide supporting documents
Customer query resolution
Develop and maintain active communication both with the Property Accounts Team and all internal departments

Experience and knowledge of Property Accounts and Service Charge
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong time management skills
Analytical skills
Self motivated and pro active attitude
Strong attention to detail
