Join a dynamic housing provider as a Service Charge Officer, supporting the accurate management of service charge accounts across multiple schemes. You will play a pivotal role in the year-end accounts process, rent reviews, and monthly transactional monitoring, helping to deliver financial transparency and efficiency. This role offers variety and responsibility in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

• Processing detailed service charge transactions, ensuring correct coding and posting

• Preparing and issuing accurate service charge estimates and actuals

• Completing reconciliations between housing management and finance systems

• Handling a high volume of internal service charge queries

• Assisting with the preparation of seller’s packs and related documentation

• Contributing to process improvements and system updates

• Collaborating with finance and housing teams to ensure accurate financial data
