Up to £33,000 per year plus annual bonus
Full Time, Monday to Friday

Are you an organised and proactive Service Controller looking for a new challenge? Our client is on the hunt for a confident and detail-focused Service Controller to join their growing team.

This is a key role that keeps everything ticking along nicely behind the scenes, perfect for someone who enjoys juggling tasks, speaking with customers and making sure jobs are completed on time.

What you’ll be doing as a Service Controller:

Booking in service jobs and managing the diary for engineers
Speaking with customers to arrange callouts and updates
Ordering parts and keeping on top of stock levels
Logging service reports and keeping records up to date
Supporting the wider team with admin and coordination

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a similar Service Controller or service admin role ideally within a HGV or fleet background
Brilliant communication skills, both on the phone and via email
Someone who’s great at multitasking and staying calm under pressure
A good eye for detail and strong IT skills
