The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include, communicating with Engineers and Customers, arranging schedules, reading and actioning reports, and general administrative duties.

The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced Service Coordinator within either the Fire and Security industry or similar.

• Service Coordinator
• Liaising with Clients over Phone and Email
• Communicating with Engineers
• Planning, reading reports, actioning reports

The Person

• Service Coordinator/Service Administrator/Planning Coordinator or similar backgrounds all encouraged to apply
• Background in Fire and Security desired
• Commutable to Leicester
• Good communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Packages
