In this role you will be responsible for speaking to customers over the telephone, identifying the equipment and coordinating engineer's schedules.

The Role:

• Service Coordinator
• Answer incoming customer service calls
• Identify problems
• Organise / schedule engineers diaries

The Person:

• Experience in technical support or coordination
• Happy speaking to customers over the phone
