Service Coordinator Job Overview
Our client, who provide professional electronic Fire & Security solutions, design, installation and maintenance services, are looking for a new service coordinator to join their team due to company growth. Our client is paying a salary of up to £30,000, and 25 days of annual leave. The service coordinator would be tasked with answering incoming telephone calls, providing excellent customer service, gaining and maintaining working relationships with customers and suppliers, organising engineers' schedules and timesheets, liaising with engineers on a daily basis, updating project jobs paperwork using in-house systems, liaising with project/installation managers, attending regular teams calls and updating service delivery, creating and editing documents, placing orders for stock and materials, taking deliveries, using in house systems, and carrying out general administrative duties.

We are looking for someone who has similar experience within the role as our client is looking for a professional candidate who can provide a premium service to help develop the business further.

The Work Planner would need to be located in and around Godstone, Surrey and to be able to commit to full in-house work

* Basic salary £28,000 - £30,000
* 25 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday
